If you're sending your copy on disk, we prefer word. And always include a hard copy.

Photographs, graphs, diagrams etc: A picture really can be worth a thousand words. Our printing quality is very high, so sharp and clear colour pictures are essential. Please make prints a decent size. Digital pictures (at least 300dpi) are usually acceptable.

Please supply captions with pictures. If you're sending a picture of one person, just lightly write their full name on the back of the print. If it's a group, attach the caption giving the full names and (where appropriate) titles and companies of the people in the picture, naming them from left to right.
