Material requirements
We prefer files supplied in the following formats: Macintosh
- QuarkXpress, Illustrator, EPS files, high-res PDF on CD rom or by email. Please include a colour proof (if emailing, include a low-res PDF). Please use Stuffit for large files.
Artwork files (less than 10mb) may be emailed to naomi@insuranceandrisk.com
Typesetting & makeup: copy and process work will incur additional
charges.
Cancellation Deadline
Cancellation will not be accepted unless received in writing no later
than the first day of the month prior to the month of publication.
Cancellation may affect all rates and/or positioning protection for the
remainder of the contract.
We reserve the right to repeat a previous advertisement of the correct
size where the booked advertisement has not been submitted on time. Late
material may attract an extra charge.
General Conditions
Advertising space and production accounts are payable 30 days net from
the date of invoice.
The publisher is not responsible for errors due to change after material
deadline.
The publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising
at any time for any reason whatsoever and will not be held responsible
for any action arising from the failure of any advertising to appear and
will not be responsible for unclaimed material after a three month period
from the date of publication.
